With a high volume of recreational vehicles being produced each month, there's always a possibility for manufacturing errors. We work directly with your warranty company, taking the guesswork out of warranty repairs.
We manage your warranty claim completely, from beginning to end, so you can avoid any uncertainty or inconvenience. You won't have to lift a finger.
(This is a single, one-time fee paid by the customer at the time of the initial visit.)
This flat rate is all-inclusive for your initial service visit and includes up to one hour of diagnostic labor. This amount can be applied towards your deductible.
This hourly rate is specifically applied to calculate the labor involved in conducting warranty and insurance repairs.
At the completion of service, you will be asked to sign an invoice which guarantees the labor for 90 days. Disclaimer: Service warranty is void outside of our service area. We do not warranty third party parts. No return, no refund on special order parts.
Unlike standard repair shops, we bring the service directly to you. Your manufacturer or extended warranty covers the parts, but it does not cover the administrative and mobile overhead required for us to get the job done.
Component of Fee, What It Covers for You, & Why It’s Not Covered by Warranty
1. Mobile Service Fee
The convenience of service at your location, covering the fuel, vehicle maintenance, and technician travel time.
Warranties do not pay for our trip to your location.
2. Expert Diagnostic Time
The technician's professional time (up to 1 hour) and expertise to thoroughly test, troubleshoot, and confirm the specific component failure.
Warranties only pay for the repair time, not the time to figure out the problem.
3. Warranty Administration
All the behind-the-scenes work: calling the manufacturer, submitting required paperwork/photos, ordering the parts, and coordinating the claim.
Warranties do not cover the significant office time required to process the claim.
If a warrantable failure is confirmed:

The authorized labor to install the new part (after we receive it).
💰 Covered by You
The Flat Diagnostic & Service Fee $255, which will be applied toward your insurance or warranty deductible.
Any additional mileage fees if outside our service area (e.g., $5.00 per mile over 35 miles).
Any deductible required by your extended warranty.
The $255 flat fee covers travel within a [46]-mile radius of Cleveland GA. Locations outside this zone will incur an additional mileage fee of $5.00 per mile (one-way).
