Mobile Diagnostic & Warranty Integration: $250

Covers the logistics, fuel, and specialized travel required to bring our professional diagnostic tools and USDOT-registered vehicle to your location. This fee also includes the technical "Cause of Failure" reporting, high-resolution photo documentation, and the managed back-and-forth communication required to speak the language of your adjusters and secure your claim approval.


Managed Care Labor Rate: $200/hr

Our premium labor rate for authorized repairs. This reflects the specialized technical expertise and the rigorous reporting standards required to maintain your warranty and/or insurance compliance.

The R3 Managed Intake: $250


  • Mobile Lab Deployment: We bring the service to your location, covering all travel, fuel costs, and vehicle logistics.
  • Elite Diagnostic Labor: Includes up to 90 minutes of advanced testing to pinpoint the exact failure point and verify system integrity.
  • Professional Claims Package: We generate the high-res photographic evidence and technical "Cause of Failure" reports required by adjusters.
  • Direct Negotiation: We handle the phone calls and emails with your provider to secure repair authorization on your behalf.

The Result: You pay the intake fee, and we do the rest. Zero stress. Zero guesswork.


What Happens Next?


If a warrantable failure is confirmed:

The replacement part

The authorized labor to install the new part (after we receive it).

💰 Covered by You

  The Managed Intake Fee ($250), which may be applied toward your insurance or warranty deductible. Any deductible required by your extended warranty. “If the deductible is less than the Managed Intake Fee, the remaining balance covers the professional diagnostic and reporting services and is non-refundable.”
