Notice of Liability and Service Authorization

1. Non-Refundable Flat-Rate Service Fee & Payment

 The Customer acknowledges a total non-refundable intake fee of $250.00, comprised of a $125.00 Mobile Dispatch Fee (logistics and travel) and a $125.00 Claims Administration/Diagnostic Fee (administrative processing and technical evaluation). This fee is earned upon dispatch and arrival.

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: If the Customer cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if the Customer is a "No-Show" at the agreed-upon location, the full $250.00 Service Fee will be retained by R3 RV Services LLC.
  •  Parts & Logistics: Parts required for repairs are billed at retail cost plus applicable shipping and handling. Due to the volatile nature of RV parts availability, R3 RV Services is not liable for manufacturer backorders or shipping delays. 
  • Final Payment: All final costs for labor (beyond the first 90-min covered by the Service Fee) and parts are due and payable in full immediately upon completion of the service.

2. LABOR RATES & ESTIMATES

  • Standard Repair Labor: Repairs extending beyond the initial 90-minute diagnostic window are billed at our standard rate of $170.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
  • Managed Care Labor: Repairs involving insurance or warranty claims are billed at our specialized rate of $200.00 per hour to cover additional documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Estimates: For larger repairs, R3 RV Services will provide a digital estimate. Approval of the estimate (via signature or email/text confirmation) constitutes a binding agreement to the labor and parts costs outlined therein.

3. SERVICE AUTHORIZATION

 The Customer hereby authorizes R3 RV Services LLC to perform diagnostic and repair work on the identified RV unit. This authorization includes the operation of the unit's systems (slides, jacks, appliances, etc.) for the purpose of testing and inspection. 

4. Inherent Risks and Liability

 The Customer acknowledges that RV repair, particularly involving gas lines, high-voltage electrical systems (AC/DC), water pressure, and complex mechanical components, is inherently dangerous.

  • Hold Harmless: The Customer agrees to hold R3 RV Services LLC and its technicians harmless from any liability for injury or damage to property (including the RV or surrounding area) resulting from pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or dangers specific to the work site except for damage directly caused by gross negligence of the technician during the repair process.
  • Work Area Safety: The Customer is responsible for providing a safe, level, and accessible work environment for the technician. The technician reserves the absolute right to immediately cease work without refund if the site is deemed hazardous.

5. Warranty and Limitations

 The Customer understands and accepts the following limitations regarding warranties:

  • Labor Warranty (90 Days): R3 RV Services LLC guarantees its workmanship for 90 days from the date of service, covering only defects in the specific labor performed. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Parts Warranty: All parts installed are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty. R3 RV Services LLC provides no separate warranty on parts.
  • Customer-Supplied Parts: R3 RV Services LLC will not install customer-supplied parts. If an exception is made, the labor performed on that part is explicitly excluded from the 90-day labor warranty.
  •  Safety Audits: The complimentary 360° Roof & Structural Audit is a visual-only inspection. R3 RV Services LLC is not liable for latent defects, hidden structural failures, or water damage not visible at the time of inspection. 

6. Warranty/insurance Claim Acknowledgment

  If a warranty/insurance claim is initiated (Manufacturer or Extended):

  • Managed Intake Fee: The $250.00 intake fee ($125 Dispatch + $125 Processing) covers the professional documentation and administrative advocacy required to file the claim.
  • Managed Care Labor: Authorized repairs are billed at our specialized rate of $200.00/hr.
  • Outcome & Responsibility: R3 RV Services LLC cannot guarantee claim approval. The intake fee is non-refundable regardless of the claim outcome. If the deductible is less than the intake fee, the remaining balance covers administrative overhead and is non-refundable.
