Notice of Liability and Service Authorization

1. Non-Refundable Flat-Rate Service Fee & Payment

 

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following payment terms:

  • Flat-Rate Service Fee: A non-refundable Flat-Rate Service Fee of $255.00 is required to secure this appointment. This fee covers the cost of travel, initial diagnosis, and the administrative cost of filing any necessary warranty claims.
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: If the Customer cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if the Customer is a "No-Show" at the agreed-upon location, the full $255.00 Service Fee will be retained by R3 RV Services LLC.
  • Final Payment: All final costs for labor (beyond the first hour covered by the Service Fee) and parts are due and payable in full immediately upon completion of the service.

2. Inherent Risks and Liability

 

The Customer acknowledges that RV repair, particularly involving gas lines, high-voltage electrical systems (AC/DC), water pressure, and complex mechanical components, is inherently dangerous.

  • Hold Harmless: The Customer agrees to hold R3 RV Services LLC and its technicians harmless from any liability for injury or damage to property (including the RV or surrounding area) resulting from pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or dangers specific to the work site except for damage directly caused by gross negligence of the technician during the repair process.
  • Work Area Safety: The Customer is responsible for providing a safe, level, and accessible work environment for the technician. The technician reserves the absolute right to immediately cease work without refund if the site is deemed hazardous.

3. Warranty and Limitations

 

The Customer understands and accepts the following limitations regarding warranties:

  • Labor Warranty (90 Days): R3 RV Services LLC guarantees its workmanship for 90 days from the date of service, covering only defects in the specific labor performed. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Parts Warranty: All parts installed are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty. R3 RV Services LLC provides no separate warranty on parts.
  • Customer-Supplied Parts: R3 RV Services LLC will not install customer-supplied parts. If an exception is made, the labor performed on that part is explicitly excluded from the 90-day labor warranty.

4. Warranty/insurance Claim Acknowledgment

  

If a warranty/insurance claim is initiated (Manufacturer or Extended):

  • Administrative Fee: The $255.00 Service Fee covers the administrative processing of the claim.
  • Deductibles: The $255.00 Service Fee will be applied as a credit toward the Customer's deductible. The Customer is solely responsible for paying any remaining deductible balance and any parts or labor costs that the third-party warranty provider refuses to cover.
  • Claim Outcome: R3 RV Services LLC cannot guarantee approval of any warranty claim. The Service Fee is non-refundable, even if the claim is ultimately denied by the warranty provider.
